In-person Outdoor Play & Learning Begins September 9th.
We have always enjoyed a large amount of daily outdoor time in all our classes. This year we look forward to starting the school year with even more outdoor time! Our in-person classes will be held outside unless we have extreme weather. If it looks likely unsafe weather will occur (lightning, high winds, torrential rains, etc.) during the school day, our teachers will make the decision to hold class virtually or indoors.
Where will we have outdoor classes?
On our half acre playground and outdoor Forest Kindergarten classroom! Our playground is a Certified Nature Explore Classroom that gives children plenty of space and opportunities to interact with nature. We will also be making use of our outdoor Forest Kindergarten classroom. This space is located at the end of a wooded trail on our grounds, with several benches surrounding an area to build a warm fire on chilly days. This year our parents added a small stage for the kids to use for their play performances. Our Kinderbird class will also enjoy forest days at Holliday Park.

Our families have peace of mind knowing their children are entering a clean environment because they actively participate in cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up our learning spaces.
