The application fee of $25 is a one-time, nonrefundable fee, and it is the first step in the enrollment process.
The enrollment fee of $40 is a yearly fee paid at the time of enrollment. This fee is refundable if there is not space in the class for your child.
The CPT fee of $25 covers the cost of a six hour parent education course for families who are new to Meridian Hills Co-op. This fee is collected along with the $40 enrollment fee for families who are new to co-op or have been away from co-op for five or more years. If you completed CPT at another co-op within five years, you will not need to pay this fee and complete this training a second time.
A fee of $17.95 is paid to Safe Hiring Solutions at the time of background check submission. A background check is required for any adult participant who will co-op more than three times per school year.
Monthly tuition covers the cost of teacher salaries, rent, committee expenses, and student activities such as Spanish and music enrichment programs, field trips, and visiting animals. The first and last month’s tuition are due prior to the start of the school year and are non-refundable.
