The focus for our Finches is play! We understand that an older 2 year old might be ready for significantly more time at school than a younger one, so we offer two class options: 1-day class and 2-day class.
The goals for our 3 year olds fall into four categories of growth: social, emotional, intellectual and physical. On any given day, you will see classroom activities that fall into these areas through play.
For our Robins, the object of each day is to play, explore, question and form hypotheses about the world around them. Our 4 year olds are encouraged to select what they do, how they do it, and with whom they do it.
The goal for our kindergarteners is to prepare children for first grade, guided by Indiana standards, common core standards, and children’s interests. In our program, children learn through active exploration and social interaction, which is how children this age learn best.
