How to Apply
If you would like to reserve a spot for your child (children) for the upcoming school year, or any future school year, you may do so by filling out the following:
Please include the one-time Application Fee of $25 (non-refundable) and mail it to:

Upon receipt of the form and application fee, your child (children) will be placed on the enrollment waiting list. Your canceled check will be verification of the placement of your child's name on the list.
You will be contacted concerning enrollment dates in a timely manner.
